It is the best product of Norcia butchery. Raw materials are Italian, as the brand on the pork rind guarantees. The product is obtained only from bigger and slightly marbled thighs, in order to ensure a mild and unmistakable flavour. The spices used for salting are the ones typically used in butchery, that is garlic, pepper and wine.
